The 2026-09-03 source snapshot describes QuickBooks Online Advanced marketing automated invoicing, approvals, workflows, reporting, backup and restore, and up to 25 users. Intuit positions multi-entity operations under the separate Intuit Enterprise Suite; do not treat that as an included Advanced feature.
Intuit’s AI materials emphasize human review and control. QuickBooks also maintains an app marketplace. A marketplace listing is a starting point for evaluating a specific connection, not proof that every required configuration will work.
Compare the requirement
| Requirement | Arcaiva | QuickBooks evaluation |
|---|---|---|
| Billing review | Invoices with signed adjustments, invoice PDFs, and pro formas that convert to one draft invoice. | Evaluate Advanced’s published automated invoicing, approvals, and workflows against the control you need. |
| Company footprint | Upcoming Core: one included company and 3 users. Upcoming Pro: one included company and 10 users; paid additional-company options are planned, without consolidation or intercompany automation. | Separate Advanced plan evaluation from Intuit Enterprise Suite multi-entity evaluation. |
| Integration dependency | No generally available third-party integration catalog is published. | Use the app marketplace to investigate the exact connection, terms, and supported workflow. |
When each deserves consideration
Consider QuickBooks when its plan depth, established ecosystem, or a separate enterprise multi-entity evaluation is central to the decision. Consider Arcaiva when the requirement is narrower: contextual customer records, billing documents, receivables review, and a small company footprint.
If migration from an existing system is essential, evaluate it separately. QuickBooks Online migration into Arcaiva is in development and has no published production scope. This comparison makes no claim that Arcaiva replaces QuickBooks.
