Core: accounting that works with you
The upcoming Core package is designed around bookkeeping, invoices and bills, reconciliation, financial reports, accountant-ready exports, statement uploads and AI categorization. Bank connectivity and the revised allowances are planned package capabilities, not a claim that every workflow is enabled today.
Pro: add advanced operations
Pro includes the Core package plus pro-forma invoicing, tax preparation and forms, and inventory. Pro-forma workflows already have a public feature guide; their new package allocation is part of this preview. Inventory and the expanded tax-preparation offer are planned, not released capabilities.
Tax-form coverage will be confirmed before availability. Preparation and exports are not a promise of electronic filing, tax advice or compliance assurance.
Grow company by company
Both packages include one company. Each additional Core company is planned at $50 USD/month; each additional Pro company at $75 USD/month. Each paid company receives its own two or five included Plaid connections. Unused connection allowances are not pooled between companies.
The three and ten user quantities apply to the included company. User allocation across additional companies will be confirmed before purchase; no free additional seats are promised. Company-scoped work does not include consolidation or intercompany automation.
What counts as a bank connection?
A connection means one bank login through Plaid, called an Item. It can include multiple checking, savings or card accounts. Separate logins can count separately, even at the same institution.
Manual statement uploads do not use a Plaid connection slot. Extra connections are planned as explicit paid add-ons; their price has not been set. OCR, AI and other usage allowances will be published separately. No unlimited usage or automatic overage charge is promised.
Evaluate the current product before committing
The upcoming packages are not a checkout offer. Annual terms, tax treatment, refunds, extra-user pricing and the full commercial terms are not published here. Existing customer agreements remain unchanged.
You can start the current 14-day Pro trial with no card and no automatic renewal. A trial does not establish that every planned feature or revised allowance is already available. After the trial, data remains available in read-only mode with Billing access.
