Questions to resolve before choosing Arcaiva.

Understand the upcoming packages, the workflows available today and the limits that still need validation. Planned capabilities are not a promise of day-one availability.

What can Arcaiva support today?

The supported public scope includes protected sign-in, customer details/balances/recent activity, invoice creation with signed adjustments and PDF generation, pro formas, Receivables Flow and Overdue Pressure, and company-scoped accounting workflows within the published package limits.

How many users and companies are included?

Upcoming packages: Core is $99 USD/month with one included company and 3 users; Pro is $199 USD/month with one included company and 10 users. Additional companies are planned at $50/month on Core and $75/month on Pro. These revised terms are not yet available to purchase.

The stated user quantities apply to the included company. User allocation across additional companies will be confirmed before purchase. Existing customer agreements are unchanged; consolidation and intercompany automation are not included.

What does it cost, and can I buy it here?

The upcoming package prices are Core $99 USD/month and Pro $199 USD/month. Each includes one company; additional companies are planned at $50 and $75 USD/month respectively. These revised offers are not available to purchase here. Annual terms, taxes, refunds and extra-user terms will be confirmed separately.

Can I start a no-card Pro trial now?

Yes. Start Pro free for exactly 14 days through the Arcaiva app signup link. No card is required and the trial does not renew automatically.

The free trial creates no provider customer, checkout, paid subscription, charge or billing invoice. After 14 days, data remains available in read-only mode with Billing access. Paid conversion is not offered by this release.

The current trial does not establish access to every planned module or the revised package allowances. There is no automatic renewal, and existing customer agreements are not changed by this preview.

Can I migrate from QuickBooks Online?

QuickBooks Online migration is in development. No production migration scope is published, so there is no current promise about source objects, historical coverage, documents, completeness, timing, or effort. The migration-readiness checklist helps organize your requirements; it does not import data or offer a migration service.

How do the planned Plaid connections work?

The upcoming packages include 2 Plaid connections per company on Core and 5 per company on Pro. One connection is one bank login through Plaid, called an Item, which may include multiple accounts. Separate logins can count separately even at the same bank.

The allowance is shared by all users of that company and is not pooled across companies. Manual statement uploads do not consume Plaid connection slots.

Extra connections are planned as paid add-ons, but their price has not been set. No automatic overage charge, unlimited usage or universal bank support is promised. The revised banking package needs availability validation; a generally available third-party integration catalog is not claimed.

Does AI run my books automatically?

AI categorization and accounting assistance are part of both upcoming packages. Current AI-assisted capabilities remain limited availability, and review stays with the user. This does not promise unlimited usage, autonomous accounting judgment or every integration.

Is a pro forma already an invoice or receivable?

No. A pro forma is not an invoice or receivable before conversion. Arcaiva supports preparing and issuing a pro forma, then converting an accepted one into one draft invoice. The resulting draft still needs review.

Why do the receivables views use different scopes?

Billed, collected, and open in Receivables Flow describe the current-month invoice cohort. Overdue Pressure covers all currently open receivables. Read each in its own context and use invoice-register filters for the underlying question. Neither view is a cash forecast or collection guarantee.

What does Pro tax preparation include?

Tax preparation and forms are planned for Pro. Supported forms, jurisdictions and tax years will be confirmed before availability. This is not a tax-filing promise, professional tax advice or a compliance assurance. Core retains ordinary tax visibility and summaries for supported accounting workflows.

Is Arcaiva certified or bank-grade?

No certification claim is established here. The evidenced public controls are protected sign-in and company-scoped workflows. These do not establish a complete security program, compliance assurance, or availability guarantee.

What support will I receive?

A monitored destination, response owner, service level, and support hours are not published here. Do not assume a support tier or response-time commitment from the package name. If a defined support arrangement is essential, treat it as an unresolved dependency before moving forward.

Can Arcaiva replace every accounting or ERP tool?

No universal replacement claim is made. Payroll, tax filing, consolidation, intercompany automation, enterprise ERP scope, and broad unverified integration requirements are not a basis for choosing Arcaiva today. Compare the actual requirement and consider another product when it is essential.

Is inventory available now?

Inventory is planned for Pro and is not a released module. The target includes stock tracking, purchase receiving, adjustments, inventory valuation and cost of goods sold. Manufacturing and advanced warehouse operations are not included by implication.
