Security and Trust

Security and trust: specific controls, clear limits.

The evidenced public scope is narrow: protected sign-in and company-scoped accounting workflows. These facts should not be mistaken for a complete security assurance.

What the current workflow establishes

Sign-in leads to a protected Arcaiva workspace. Accounting workflows are company-scoped. Those are relevant facts when examining how people enter the workspace and which company context the accounting work uses.

Neither fact establishes the entire access-control design, a formal certification, a complete security program, or an availability guarantee. Company scope is not a blanket assertion about every data boundary.

Turn a security requirement into a verifiable question

These are due-diligence questions for your evaluation, not a description of controls Arcaiva has implemented or a promise that supporting documents are available.

  • Identify any mandatory certification or regulatory requirement before selecting a system.
  • Ask what access controls your organization requires, including authentication and user lifecycle expectations.
  • Define the data-handling, retention, deletion, backup, and recovery facts you need to verify.
  • Identify any incident-response, availability, or contractual support requirement that must be established.

Assurances not established on this site

This site does not establish SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, encryption, MFA, SSO, data-retention, or incident-response claims. It does not describe the product as bank-grade or military-grade. If a specific assurance is a hard requirement, do not infer it from protected sign-in or company-scoped workflows.
