Keep the record, document, and receivables question connected.

Evaluate Arcaiva for a small-team, accounting-first workflow where customer context and understandable billing documents matter to the review.

Start from the document you need to review

Customer records include details, balances, and recent activity. Invoice work preserves signed positive and negative adjustments and supports PDF generation. Pro formas remain separate from invoices and receivables before conversion into one draft invoice.

These are concrete review points. They do not remove the need to check the reason for a change, establish the appropriate treatment, or resolve an exception with the responsible person.

Check the accounting-first package scope

Core’s catalog description covers bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, tax visibility, and accountant-ready exports. Tax visibility does not mean tax preparation, filing, advice, or compliance assurance. Confirm any particular report or export requirement rather than assuming a named format or downstream connection.

For receivables, distinguish the current-month invoice cohort in Receivables Flow from all currently open receivables in Overdue Pressure. Keep that population definition in a handoff so a colleague can understand the review.

Not a public accounting-practice platform

Arcaiva is not currently presented as a public accounting-firm portal or a high-volume multi-client firm system. Accountant-ready exports do not establish special accountant access. If a named integration or firm-management workflow is mandatory, verify it independently before choosing a system.
