Small-company portfolios

Keep a small company portfolio in scope.

Plan separate company workflows with one company included in either upcoming package and clearly priced additional companies. The new package offer is not yet activated.

Separate companies, not one combined ledger

The upcoming packages support company-by-company scope: one company included, then $50 USD/month for each additional Core company or $75 for each additional Pro company. Each has its own 2/5 Plaid connection allowance. This is the planned offer, not a live expansion checkout or a combined accounting system.

Make the company name part of your review question and your working notes. That practice helps keep a repeated operating process distinct from a requirement to combine financial results.

Write the portfolio requirement explicitly

  1. List the companies that need access now.
  2. Count users for the included company: 3 on Core or 10 on Pro. Confirm user allocation across additional companies before purchase.
  3. Separate company-by-company review from consolidation and intercompany requirements.
  4. List any localization, migration, integration, or support dependency before deciding fit.

When the requirement is larger than the footprint

Additional-company pricing does not establish consolidation, intercompany automation, complex multinational localization or enterprise ERP scope. These require separate evaluation, not assumptions based on company count.
