Customer record

The customer context used for account review: details, balances, and recent activity. In Arcaiva, this term describes the supported customer workflow, not a complete CRM, vendor-management system, or every type of contact relationship.

Invoice adjustment

A signed positive or negative line that changes an invoice amount. The sign expresses whether the adjustment adds to or reduces the document amount. Arcaiva preserves signed adjustments in the invoice workflow; the business reason and appropriate tax or accounting treatment still require review.

Invoice PDF

A PDF document generated from the invoice workflow. An invoice is the billing document being reviewed; the PDF is its document output, not evidence by itself that payment was received. Review the intended document and any signed adjustments. PDF generation does not establish every legal, tax, payment, or jurisdictional requirement.

Pro forma

A document that can be prepared and issued before the invoice exists. In Arcaiva, an accepted pro forma can be converted into one draft invoice. A pro forma is not an invoice or receivable before conversion. Conversion also does not mean the resulting draft has been reviewed or that payment has been collected.

Receivable

An amount due from a customer in the context of invoice review. A receivable is not the same as collected cash, and an open amount is not a prediction of when payment will arrive. On this site, a pro forma is explicitly not a receivable before conversion.

Receivables Flow

Arcaiva’s view of billed, collected, and open amounts for the current-month invoice cohort. The cohort is defined by the invoices in that month, not every cash receipt during the month. Read it as invoice context, not a cash forecast or a complete all-period receivables summary.

Overdue Pressure

Arcaiva’s overdue context covering all currently open receivables. Its population is broader than the current-month invoice cohort used for Receivables Flow. It is a review view, not a collection forecast, collection guarantee, or credit score.

Company-scoped

Accounting work associated with a particular company context. Arcaiva’s company-scoped workflows are subject to the package’s included company limit. The term does not mean consolidation, intercompany automation, certification, or a complete security isolation claim.

Limited availability

A capability that should not be assumed to be generally available for every team or workflow. Arcaiva’s AI-assisted capabilities are limited availability and require user review. Confirm the exact workflow before treating it as a dependency; the label is not a delivery date or a promise of future access.

Accounting-first

A focus on accounting work rather than a claim to cover every business operation. Core’s catalog description names bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, tax visibility, and accountant-ready exports. Tax visibility is not tax preparation, filing, advice, or compliance assurance, and exports do not establish a particular integration.
