Look beyond the balance

An account balance is a starting point, not a complete explanation. Customer details help establish whose account you are reviewing, while recent activity gives context for the next question. Arcaiva brings these elements into the customer workflow.

For your review, separate what the record shows from what you still need to confirm. That distinction is useful when a colleague takes over or a billing question cannot be resolved in one sitting. It is a review practice, not a claim that the application automatically resolves discrepancies.

A practical account-review sequence

  1. Confirm the customer and company associated with the review.
  2. Read the balance alongside recent activity rather than interpreting it in isolation.
  3. Identify the invoice or document relevant to the question.
  4. Record the unresolved question, the person responsible for checking it, and the next review point in your working notes.

Customer context, not an all-purpose CRM

This feature covers customer details, balances, and recent activity. It does not establish every vendor, contact, sales-pipeline, or relationship-management workflow. If a CRM process is essential, evaluate it as a separate requirement.
