Guided tour
Take a guided look at the supported workflow.
This text-based tour follows the accounting questions from customer context to company-scoped review. It is an explanatory sequence, not a simulated application or a set of product screenshots.

Illustrative scenario: a small service team is reviewing a customer’s billing question. The scenario explains what to inspect; it does not represent a real customer, claim an outcome, or add application features.
- Customer context: whose account and what question?
- Billing document: invoice or pro forma?
- Receivables review: which invoices and which population?
- Company scope: which company and which package limits?
1. Start at the customer record
Review the customer details, balance, and recent activity. In the illustrative scenario, a colleague has asked whether an amount relates to recent billing. The customer record provides context for identifying the question, not an automatic answer to it.
Before moving on, be clear about the customer, company, and document you need to inspect. Keep any unresolved question in your own review note.
2. Identify the document state
If the work is an invoice, review its lines and signed positive or negative adjustments, then generate and review the PDF. The direction of an adjustment should remain understandable in the document review.
If the work is a pro forma, keep that identity explicit. Prepare and issue the pro forma; an accepted one can be converted into one draft invoice. Before conversion it is not an invoice or receivable. Review the resulting draft rather than assuming conversion means payment or an issued final document.
- Invoice path: invoice work, signed adjustment review, PDF generation.
- Pro-forma path: preparation, issue, acceptance, conversion into one draft invoice.
3. Read the right receivables population
Receivables Flow shows billed, collected, and open amounts for the current-month invoice cohort. Overdue Pressure covers all currently open receivables. These are different populations, so a difference between them is not by itself evidence of a problem.
Use the invoice-register filters to explore the relevant question. Neither view predicts when a customer will pay. In the illustrative scenario, the next useful output is a specific invoice question to resolve, not a cash forecast.
4. Confirm the company footprint
The accounting workflows are company-scoped. Upcoming packages: Core is $99 USD/month with one included company and 3 users; Pro is $199 USD/month with one included company and 10 users. Additional companies are planned at $50/month on Core and $75/month on Pro. These revised terms are not yet available to purchase. If the same review is repeated for another company, keep its company identity separate.
The tour does not show consolidation, intercompany automation, migration, bank connections, onboarding, signup, checkout, or autonomous AI. AI-assisted capabilities are limited availability and require user review.
